配合体系对羧酸型丙烯酸酯橡胶性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用新型环保促进剂(ACT-55P),以炭黑作为补强体系,通过密炼与开炼的方法制得羧酸型丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)混炼胶,与传统胍类促进剂(DOTG)作对比,探究不同硫化体系对两种羧酸型ACM的影响,并研究了不同炭黑(N550)用量对胶料性能的影响。结果表明:与DOTG相比,采用ACT-55P的ACM胶料的黏度较低,加工性能改善,交联程度增大,焦烧时间缩短,工艺正硫化时间延长,硫化胶的拉伸强度增强,热空气老化性提高,但压缩永久变形和撕裂性能变差;随着炭黑份数的增加,门尼黏度提高,力学性能增强,形成的填料网络越强,Payne效应越明显;当炭黑用量从55份增加至75份时,门尼黏度值和Payne效应显著增大,硫化速率下降明显,对拉伸强度增长不大,因此55份为炭黑的最佳用量。 The carboxylic acid acrylate rubber(ACM)was chosen to develop environmentfriendly accelerator contrast with the traditional guanidine accelerator and carbon black N550(CB)reinforced vulcanizates,and the influence of different content of CB on the ACM was also investigated.The results indicated that the Mooney viscosity of ACM compounds using new accelerator was lower,increased the crosslinking density and improved the hot air aging performance.With the increase of the content of CB,the Mooney viscosity of ACM compounds was increased,the mechanical properties was enhanced,and the stronger filler network,the more obvious the Payne effect.When the amount of CB increased from 55 phr to75 phr,the Mooney viscosity and the Payne effect increased significantly,the rate of vulcanization dreased and tensile strength did not increase obviously.So,55 phr is the best amount of CB.
