摘要
以丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)和聚乳酸(PLA)为基体制备共混体系,研究了酚醛树脂(PF)、受阻酚AO-60的用量对共混物力学性能和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:当酚醛树脂的用量增加时,共混物的拉伸强度降低,韧性提高,但过量导致韧性下降;相容性和损耗因子均提高,阻尼温域得以拓宽。当受阻酚AO-60用量增加时,试样的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和定伸应力均降低;体系的相容性、损耗因子增加,阻尼温域拓宽。
Acrylic rubber and polylactic acid were used as matrix to make blends,the effects of phenolic resin and hindered phenols AO-60 on the mechanical properties and damping properties of the blends were studied.The results showed that with the amount of phenolic resin increasing,the tensile strength of the material decreased and the toughness increased,but excess led to decreasing of the toughness.Besides,the compatibility and damping factors increased and the damping temperature field widened.And with the amount of hindered phenols AO-60 increasing,the tensile strength,elongation at break and the tensile stress of the samples decreased.In addition,the compatibility and loss factors of the blends increased and the damping temperature range widened.
