稻壳灰水泥砂浆的耐久性研究 被引量:7

摘要 抗冻性和抗渗性是水泥砂浆耐久性的重要指标,通过抗冻融试验和抗渗试验系统论证了水泥砂浆中加入稻壳灰对其耐久性的影响,实验结果得出:水泥砂浆中加入稻壳灰能改善混凝土的耐久性。由冻融试验数据可看出,稻壳灰的掺加使得稻壳灰水泥砂浆的抗冻性能提高,对稻壳灰水泥砂浆的抗压强度损失率有明显的降低作用,但是对稻壳灰水泥砂浆的平均质量损失率影响不大。当稻壳灰掺量恒定,随着稻壳燃烧温度由400℃升高到800℃时,稻壳灰水泥砂浆的最大渗水压力随之增大,800℃时稻壳灰水泥砂浆的抗渗性能最好。 The frost resistance and impermeability are important indicators of the durability of cement mortar. The effect of rice husk ash on the durability of cement mortar is demonstrated by freezing and thawing test and impermeability test system. The experimental results show that the durability of concrete can be improved by adding rice husk ash to cement mortar. Through the test it can be seen that the addition of rice husk ash can improve the frost resistance of rice husk cement mortar,which can obviously reduce the loss rate of compressive strength of rice husk ash cement mortar. But it has little effect on the average mass loss rate of rice husk cement mortar. When the content of rice husk ash is constant,the maximum seepage pressure of rice husk cement mortar increases with the increase of the burning temperature of rice husk from 400 ℃ to 800 ℃,and the impermeability of the ash cement mortar is the best at 800 ℃.
