摘要
以天麻为原材料,以水为提取溶剂。以时间、温度和液料比为单因素的基础上,建立响应面法水提多糖的模型,探究天麻多糖的最佳提取工艺,考察了提取时间、提取温度、液料比对天麻多糖提取得率的影响,确定最佳提取条件为3.0 h,提取温度61.69℃,液料比30 m L/g,在此条件下,多糖的最高提取得率为78%。
Gastrodia elata Blume was used as raw material and water as extraction solvent. With time,temperature and ratio of liquid to solid foundation for the establishment of a single factor,the response surface method polysaccharide model,the optimum extraction process of Polysaccharide on the effects of extraction time,extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio on extraction yield of Gastrodia elata polysaccharide,the optimum extraction conditions were 3.0 h,extraction temperature 61. 69 ℃,liquid material ratio 30 ml/g,and under this condition,the highest extraction rate of polysaccharides was 78%.
