Interaction between Food Engineering and Economy Socialty

食品工程涉及许多重要的社会学问题，是一项系统工程，必须把它置于社会学视野中。文章研究了食品工程及其基本特征，指出食品工程是关系国计民生和国家安全的基 础性、战略性工程，具有公共性特征。从社会学视野看，食品工程嵌入在经济社会结构之中，影响经济社会发展。经济社会发展对食品工程的演变与发展有重大影响。运用社会互动理论与方法，研究食品工程与经济社会的互动关系对促进食品工程的健康可持续发展意义重大而 深远。

Food engineering is a systematic project. It involves many important sociological problems and must be placed in the perspective of sociology. In this paper, food engineering and its basic characteristics was studied. It pointed out that Food engineering is the basic and strategic project of national economy, people’s live-lihood and national security with the character of public. From the perspective of sociology, Food engineering is embedded in the structure of economy and society and affect its development. Meanwhile, the development of economy and society also have great influence on the evolution and development of Food engineering. This paper use the theory and method of social interaction to study the interactive relationship between food engineering and economic society. It has significant and far-reaching to promote the healthy and sustainable development of food engineering.
