摘要 直升机是一种旋翼飞行器,旋翼系统的运动可靠性直接关系着直升机的飞行安全。为了准确可靠地模拟直升机旋翼系统运动,提出了一种基于CATIA运动仿真模块创建直升机旋翼系统运动仿真模型的方法。采用CATIA知识工程模块实现不同飞行状态运动仿真分析的自动化循环过程,建立了旋翼桨毂和自动倾斜器的运动骨架模型,并对不同飞行状态下的旋翼桨毂和自动倾斜器进行实时的参数化运动仿真分析,得到了运动关节的运动普、部件的相互干涉、以及桨毂和自动倾斜器的运动包络体,为旋翼系统的研制提供了技术基础。 Helicopter is a kind of rotor aircraft, the motion reliability of the rotor system is directly related to the flight safety of the helicopter. In order to accurately and reliably simulate the real motion of helicopter rotor system, a simulation model of helicopter rotor system based on CATIA motion simulation module was proposed. The CATIA knowledge engineering module is used to realize the automatic circulation process of kinematic simulation analysis of the different flight states. A parametric model of the rotor hub and the automatic recliner has been established, and the kinematic simulations of the rotor hub and the automatic recliner are performed under different flight conditions. The pro- posed method would effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of the development process of helicopter rotor system.
