考虑水火电协调的机组运行方式关键技术研究

摘要 为提高机组年度运行方式安排效率,减轻专业人员的数据维护及分析计算工作量,研究了考虑水火电机组协调的机组运行方式关键技术,并基于该技术开发了机组年度运行方式决策支持系统。该系统具备电力平衡校核、电量平衡校核、调峰平衡校核等多项功能,能够优化机组检修计划,提高系统备用率,为机组运行方式安排提供辅助决策。该方法目前在某省级电网试运行,取得了较好效果。 In order to improve the efficiency of arranging the annual operation mode and reduce the professional personnel's workload on data maintenance and analysis,the key technologies of unit operation mode considering the coordination of hydropower and thermal power were studied. Based on the key technologies,the decision support system of annual unit operation mode was developed. The system had plentiful functions,such as power balancing,electric energy balancing,valley load balancing,and could optimize generators maintenance scheduling and improve system reserve rate,so it could provide auxiliary decision-making for arrangement of unit operation mode. The system had been put into test running in a provincial power grid,and had achieved good results.
