醋糟中温湿式厌氧消化产气特性的研究

摘要 在中温(35±1℃)条件下,采用批式试验对醋糟厌氧消化产气特性进行了研究,同时考察醋糟进料负荷对厌氧消化的影响以及醋糟成分中谷壳填料厌氧消化产气占比情况。试验结果表明,醋糟中温湿式厌氧消化具有良好的产气性能,进料负荷TS为8.55%的醋糟比进料负荷TS为6.89%的醋糟产沼气效果好,最大单位累积产气量达到508.82 m L/g,厌氧消化第11天达到日产沼气量峰值41.51 m L/g时,日产甲烷含量占比最小为51.62%;醋糟中谷壳填料占比高达63.43%,累积产沼气量仅占醋糟累积产沼气量的24.25%。 Batch experiments on anaerobic digestion of vinegar residue were conducted under mesophilic( 35 ± 1 ℃),which mainly focus on the gas production characteristic,the impacts from different input concentration and the gas production percentage of chaff in the vinegar residue. The results showed that vinegar residue had great gas production ability under mesophilic. The gas production of 8. 55% was better than that of vinegar residue with the concentration of6. 89%,and the maximum gas production was 508. 82 m L/g. On the 11 th day of anaerobic digestion,the daily gas production was 41. 51 m L/g. At this time,the methane production occupied 51. 62%. Vinegar residue had 63. 43%chaff packing,and the cumulative gas production( CPG) of chaff only occupied 24. 25% compared to the CGP to vinegar residue.
