摘要
针对褐煤利用过程中重点关注的能源转化效率和经济性问题,对褐煤干燥成型能耗和热解提质能耗进行了分析,提出通过气化技术优化选择和恰当的产品组合,提高褐煤利用经济性。同时对褐煤化工过程的废气、废水治理现状进行了分析,提出了废气、废水治理的强化措施:通过源头消减、强化过程控制、采用先进技术等措施对特征污染物进行治理,实现废气的超低排放和废水的零排放。
With reference to the problems of energy conversion efficiency and economics in the process of lignite application, the energy consumption during drying and pyrolysis of lignite is analyzed, and some suggestions on improving the economic efficiency of lignite utilization are given, including technology selection of source gasification and appropriate product combination. And the status of waste gas and waste water treatment of lignite chemical industry is analyzed. Further treatment measures are proposed, such as source reduction, strengthening gasification process and use of advanced technology to treat characteristic pollutants in order to get ultra-low emission of waste gas and zero emission of waste water.
