摘要
自动化立体仓库广泛应用于物流行业,堆垛机运行路径的优化可以显著提高自动化立体仓库的效率.针对多任务双指令周期作业,构造一个最小化堆垛机运行时间的数学模型,并提出一种基于自由搜索算法和改良圈算法的混合自由搜索算法,求解堆垛机的最优路径.仿真结果显示:混合自由搜索算法相比自由搜索算法和蚁群算法,具有较好的收敛速度,可求解较大规模的多任务双指令周期作业的堆垛机最优路径.
Automated storage and retrieval system(AS/RS)is being widely used in the logistics industry.The optimization of stacker running path can improve the efficiency of the AS/RS.A mathematical model was constructed to obtain the minimal time of stacker operation for multi-task dual instruction cycle operation.A novel algorithm was developed combining free search(FS)and amendment circle algorithm for searching the optimal solution of picking operation.Simulation result demonstrates that the algorithm has good convergence speed,which can satisfy the demands of large scale problem.
