摘要
介绍一种新型固体线胀系数测量装置,通过加装振动装置和半导体热电冷却器(Thermoelectric Cooler,TEC)进行加热和制冷,基于比例-积分-微分(PID)算法进行温度控制,有效解决了传统装置加热温度范围和残余应力的限制.
A new solid linear expansion coefficient measuring device was introduced,which was adding vibration device and semiconductor thermoelectric cooler(TEC)for heating and cooling.Based on proportional integral differential(PID)algorithm for temperature control,the limitation of heating temperature range and residual stress of traditional devices was effectively solved.
