应用型工程造价课程教学探索

工程造价课程是工程管理专业最重要的专业核心课程之一,该课程本身具有一些独特的特征.考虑到这些特征的影响,在课程的教学过程中存在着教学方法陈旧,教师实践能力欠缺,课程实践环节不足等问题.针对这些问题,提出了一些改进建议,包括教学方法的改革,教师角色的转变,以赛促学、以赛代训的手段以及BIM 技术的引入等.

Engineering cost course in which there are some unique features is one of the most important specialized core curriculum of engineering management.Considering the influence of these characteristics, there are some problems in the teaching process of the course such as poor teaching methods, lack of practical abilityof teachers, lack of curriculum practice and so on. To solve these problems, some suggestions for improvement are made, including the reform of teaching methods, thetransformation of teachers＇ roles, competition to promote learning and training and the introduction of BIM technology, etc.
