转辙机油箱类零件的焊接工艺与误差控制

摘要 针对转辙机油箱焊接过程中存在的加工问题,结合现有焊接工况与油箱的结构特征和技术要求,研究了焊接工艺对焊接接头产生的影响。通过对焊接工序与焊接定位的误差分析,优化了油箱两次组焊的工艺规程,为转辙机油箱结构的焊接工艺提供有力支持。 Aiming at the processing problems existing in the welding process of the switch tank, the influences of the welding process on the welded joints were studied based on the existing welding conditions and the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the fuel tank. Through the error analysis of the welding process and welding positioning, the two-time welding process optimization of the fuel tank was optimized, which provided strong support for the welding process of the switch fuel tank structure.
