摘要
目的探讨痰热清注射液对内毒素诱导的大鼠急性肺损伤肺微血管通透性的保护作用。方法大鼠尾静脉注射内毒素建立急性肺损伤的模型,96只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、内毒素组、痰热清组和甲基泼尼松龙组,每组24只。观察各组给药后2、6、12 h肺微血管通透性和肺含水量的变化。结果内毒素组、痰热清组、甲基泼尼松龙组各时间点的肺微血管通透性和肺含水量均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);痰热清组和甲基泼尼松龙组各时间点的肺微血管通透性和肺含水量均低于内毒素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2 h时,痰热清组与甲基泼尼松龙组比较,肺微血管通透性和肺含水量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液可降低内毒素诱导的大鼠急性肺损伤肺微血管通透性和肺含水量,对内毒素所致的急性肺损伤有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Tanreqing on pulmonary microvascular permeability of acute lung injury( ALI) induced by endotoxin. Methods Establishment of ALI model by injecting endotoxin into caudal vein of rats.Ninety-six SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group( n = 24),endotoxin group( n = 24),Tanreqing group( n = 24) and methylprednidolone group( n = 24). The pulmonary microvascular permeability and the lung water content of each group were observed for changes in 2 h,6 h and 12 h after being given medication. Results The pulmonary microvascular permeability and the lung water content of the endotoxin group,the Tanreqing group and the methylprednidolone group were higher than those of the normal control group at the different times( P〈0.05). The pulmonary microvascular permeability and the lung water content of the Tanreqing group and the methylprednidolone group were lower than those of the endotoxin group at the different times( P〈0.05). There were significant differences in pulmonary microvascular permeability and lung water content between the Tanreqing group and the methylprednisolone group at 2 h after being given medication. Conclusions Tanreqing injection can effectively reduce the pulmonary microvascular permeability and lung water content in endotoxin-induced ALI in rats,and can protect ALI in rats caused byendotoxin.
