摘要
本文采用真空感应炉+自耗重熔进行冶炼,采用1130℃~1135℃进行固溶处理,保温10min,淋浴冷却,成功制造出一种新机用高塑性的GH4099板材,并对其在不同热处理制度下的性能和组织进行了对比,以期为以后的研究提供依据。
A kind of new GH4099 plate was successfully made by the process of VIM + vacuum consumable arc remelting, the solid solution treatment at 1130℃~1135℃, holding temperature for10 min, and the shower cooling.The performance and microstructure of the GH4099 plate under different heat treatment systems were compared so as to provide the basis for the future research.
