通过冶炼过程控制钢水纯净度,连铸过程控制过热度,锻造过程控制加热温度,镦拔等措施,采用连铸生产的EA4T钢完成能够满足技术协议要求,试制成功,为铁路产品市场开拓奠定了基础。
Through the measures such as controlling the purity of molten steel during the smelting process, controlling the degree of the superheat during the continuous casting process, controlling the heating temperature during the forging process, upsetting and so on, the EA4 T steel produced by continuous casting process can meet the requirements of the technical agreement, so the trial production is successful, which lays a foundation for the development of the railway product market.
