Analysis on Optimization of Roll Configuration Scheme for Roller-hearth Heat Treatment Furnace

辊底式热处理炉是国内常见的连续式热处理炉类型,而炉内辊是辊底炉主要物料传送设施,占整座炉投资额比例较大。通过对辊底式热处理炉炉底辊配置方案进行优化分析对比,总结出更加经济实用、合理可靠的炉底辊配置方案,为冶金企业辊底式热处理炉的炉辊选材及优化配置提供参考。

Roller-hearth heat treatment furnace is a common type of continuous heat treatment furnace in China, and the inner roller is the main material transfer facility of roller-hearth furnace, accounting for a large proportion of the investment of the whole furnace. Through analysis and comparison on the optimization of the roll configuration scheme in the roller-hearth furnace, the more economical and practical, reasonable and reliable roller configuration scheme were concluded in this paper to provide reference for roller material selection for the heat treatment furnace and optimization of configuration in metallurgical enterprises.
