从创新主体看天府新区科技创新:现状与未来

Science and Technology Innovation in Tianfu New Area as Viewed from Innovation Subjects: Present and Future

以天府新区范围内的企业型创新主体作为研究对象,首先分析区域整体产业发展情况,再进一步研究区域内典型创新主体的技术创新能力、知识产权状况。研究发现:在政府相关政策的推动下,目前天府新区创新主体科技创新能力发展良好,呈现迅速发展态势,未来发展潜力较大。另外,部分创新主体利用企业-高校-政府联合发展的模式可以整合各方有利资源,有助于自身科技创新能力的提高,值得其它创新主体借鉴。

Taking the enterprise innovation subject in Tianfu New Area as the research object, this paper first analyzes the overall industrial development of the region, and then further studies the technological innovation ability and intellectual property status of the typical innovation subject in the region. It is found that under the promotion of relevant government policies, the main innovation subjects of Tianfu New Area have a good development of scientific and technological innovation capacity, showing a rapid development trend, and have a great potential for future development. In addition, some innovation subjects can integrate the beneficial resources of all parties by using the mode of joint development of enterprises, universities and government, which is helpful to improve their own scientific and technological innovation ability, and is worth drawing lessons from other innovation subjects.
