摘要
随着我国民航业高速发展,空中交通流量快速增长,空中交通系统面临越来越严重的机场拥挤和空域拥挤,需面对的飞行突发事件越来越多。在发生飞行突发事件时,空管的处置对于保证生命安全,减少财产损失,将灾害的影响降到最低有着不可替代的作用。文章对航班突发事件做了简单介绍并分析了突发事件产生的原因,针对其中的空管应急预案进行了深入研究,并且建立了空管应急处理的流量控制模型。结果表明该模型比FCFS模型更具经济优势。
With the rapid development of our civil aviation industry and the rapid growth of air traffic flow, the air traffic system is facing more and more severe airport congestion and airspace congestion, facing more and more flight accidents. In the event of a flight accident, the disposal of the ATC will play an irreplaceable role in ensuring life safety, reducing property losses and minimizing the impact of disasters. This paper briefly introduces the flight accidents and analyzes the causes of the emergencies, conducts in-depth research on the ATC emergency plan, and establishes a traffic control model for ATC emergency response. The results show that this model is more economical than the FCFS model.
