摘要
以非离子表面活性剂、石蜡和润滑油为主要原材料,优化了乳化温度、表面活性剂的浓度等工艺条件,制备了石蜡乳液,其粒径小于0.5微米,流动性好,在水中易分散,具有良好的封堵效果。钻井施工中除工程原因之外,钻井液中缺少有效的封堵材料是泥页岩坍塌的主要原因之一。常用的封堵材料是沥青类制品,有利于形成优质泥饼保护井壁,但由于沥青类制品富含荧光,在探井中会干扰录井而被禁止使用。同时沥青的广泛使用也存在环境和毒性问题。我们以非离子表面活性剂、石蜡和润滑油为主要原材料,在一定工艺条件下采用胶体化学方法制得石蜡细小乳液防塌润滑剂,具有良好的封堵与性能,可有效地保护井壁。
Taking nonionic suffactant, paraffin wax and lubricating oil as the main raw materials, the emulsifying temperature and surfactant concentration were optimized, and the paraffin emulsion was prepared. Its particle size is less than 0.5 micron, its fluidity is good, and it is easy to disperse in water. It has good plugging effect. In addition to engineering reasons, the lack of effective plugging materials in drilling fluid is one of the main reasons for shale collapse. The commonly used plugging materials are asphalt products, which are conducive to the formation of high quality mud cake to protect the wellbore, but because asphalt products are rich in fluorescence, they will interfere with logging in exploration wells and are forbidden to be used. At the same time, the widespread use of asphalt also has environmental and toxicity problems. Using Nonionic suffactant, paraffin wax and lubricating oil as the main raw materials, we prepared paraffin wax fine emulsion anti-collapse lubricant by colloidal chemistry under certain technolog ical conditions, which has good plugging and performance , and can effectively protect the wellbore.
