超设备行程两倍的全梯形螺纹拉杆加工方法研究

摘要 由于现有加工设备制造能力的限制,对于桥梁拉索安装和施工过程中常用的大直径、大螺距、超长度、全梯形螺纹拉杆的加工通常存在较大的难度,普通的加工方法无法满足生产要求。针对加工此类构件生产工艺中存在的问题,提出了解决方法并详细描述了工艺流程和加工步骤。通过实际生产实践证明该工艺步骤可有效解决了大直径、大螺距、超长度、全梯形螺纹拉杆的加工制造问题,具有较好的效果和产品质量。 Due to the limitation of the manufacturing capacity of the existing processing equipment, it is usually difficult to process the large diameter, large pitch, super length and full trapezoidal thread rod which are commonly used in the installation and construction of bridge cables. Ordinary processing methods can not meet the requirements of production. In view of the problems existing in the manufacturing process of this kind of component, the solution is put forward and the technological process and processing steps are described in detail. It is proved by practical production that the process can effectively solve the manufacturing problems of large diameter, large pitch, super length and full trapezoidal thread rod, and has better effect and product quality.
