In water conservancy project, construction management is the foundation of construction quality. In recent years, with the continuous development of social economy, more and more water conservancy projects appear in our eountry , especially in some areas of serious water shortage, which has a strong urgency for the construction of water conservancy projects, such as Jiuquan region of Gansu Province. It is affected by climatic conditions, annual rainfall is less, serious water shortage. In this case, it is neeessary to establish water conservancy projects to solve the problem of water shortage. Therefore, the number of water conservancy projects is increasing, and the development team is expanding. However, in the construction process of water conservancy projects, it is necessary to manage them, otherwise the quality of the project can not be guaranteed.
