摘要
为评估花生主产区黄曲霉毒素污染风险,保障出口花生质量安全,对2017年度山东、河北、辽宁、吉林、内蒙和河南等10个花生主产区花生黄曲霉毒素田间污染情况进行了普查分析。结果表明,2017年河北省和河南省两大北方花生主产区花生黄曲霉毒素田间污染风险极高,其阳性率分别达100%和50%,青岛市黄岛、胶州和即墨三个山东省花生产区黄曲霉毒素田间污染水平以胶州较高,其阳性率为40%,即墨和黄岛次之,阳性率在30%左右;2017年,辽宁、吉林和内蒙古三区未检出花生黄曲霉毒素田间污染。花生黄曲霉毒素浸染受降雨、温度、土壤水分和运储等多因素影响。
Field investigation on aflatoxin contamination of peanut was conducted in 10 districts from Shandong, Hebei, Liaoning, Jilin, Inner Mongolia and Henan to assess aflatoxin contamination risk and guarantee quality safe of peanuts for exportation. It indicates aflatoxin contamination level in Hebei and Henan is relatively high, which are 100% and 50% respectively. In Shandong province, aflatoxin contamination investigation was conducted in Huangdao, Jimo and Jiaozhou. And contamination level in Jiaozhou is the highest, which is 40%. Jimo and Huangdao are around 30%. Aflatoxin contamination was not detected is Liaoning, Jilin and Inner Mongolia. Aflatoxin contamination level is affected by precipitation, temperature, soil moisture, transportation and storage situation.
