不同落果特性花生品种茎枝生长与结构的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在田间试验条件下,系统研究了不同落果特性花生品种茎枝生长状况与组织结构。结果表明,不易落果品种潍花13号(W13)和潍花32号(W32)株高、分枝数和主茎与分枝间角度适中,茎机械组织发达。节间干物质和结构物质含量显著高于易落果品种潍花6号(W6)和潍花11号(W11);茎微观组织结构中厚角组织厚度、木质部厚度、韧皮外侧纤维厚度、维管束最大直径不易落果品种均显著大于易落果品种,髓最大直径小于易落果品种。 Under field conditions, the stem and branch growth and tissue structure of different pod-dropping peanut were systematically studied. The results showed that, the uneasy-dropping Weihua13 (W13) and Weihua32 (W32) had moderate plant height, branch number and the angle between the stem and branch, but had strong mechanical tissue. The amount of stem dry matter and structural matter was significantly higher than the easy-dropping varieties Weihua6 (W6) and Weihua11 (W11). Stem microstructure collenchyma thickness, thickness of xylem, bast lateral fiber thickness and vascular bundle's maximum diameter of uneasy-dropping varieties were significantly higher than those of easy-dropping varieties, but pulp maximum diameter was less than easy-dropping varieties.
