鲁山县秘洞景区开发中存在的问题及对策

The Problems in the Development of Cavernous Scenic Spot in Lushan County and the Countermeasures

鲁山县秘洞景区拥有丰富的自然资源和珍贵的人文资源。但在开发过程中由于景区内部资金投入不足、管理不当、开发不到位和政府重视不够、景区地理位置偏远等原因,出现了基础设施不健全、开发资金不足、缺乏系统的规划与管理、缺少营销策略等制约景区发展的一系列问题。对此,提出秘洞景区应加强基础设施的建设,丰富景区资金来源,编制景区开发规划,整合资源优化经营方式,从而促进秘洞景区的可持续发展。

The cavernous scenic spot in Lushan County is rich in natural resources and precious cultural resources.However,at the process of developing,a series of problems have appeared,such as poor infrastructure,inadequate development funds,improper planning and management,the lack of marketing strategy and so on,all of which result from inadequate investment,improper management,unreasonable development,unconcerned government and remote location,etc. As for the development of cavernous scenic spots in Lushan County,we should strengthen the construction of infrastructure,broaden the financing channels,design the developing planning,reallocate resources and optimize the mode of operation so as to promote sustainable development of the cavernous scenic spot in Lushan county.
