On the Construction and Practice of “Multidimension,All-direction,and Integration” Education Practice Model for Normal Undergraduates——A Perspective from East China University of Technology

摘要 基于当前基础教育改革与发展的新形势,以教育实践为导向,以师范生职业能力培养为核心,以师能训练活动为载体,构建本科师范生"多维度、全方位、一体化"教育实践模式,即多维度教育实践教学目标、全方位教育实践课程内容、一体化教育实践课程体系、实践教学策略和考核管理办法等,努力造就符合基础教育改革发展需求的、具有先进的教育理念、良好的师德修养、创新意识和实践能力的新型教师。 Based on the current new situation of the reform and development of basic education,taking educational practice as the guidance,taking the cultivation of normal students' professional ability as the core,and taking teacher training activities as the carrier,we construct an educational practice model of "multi-dimension,all-direction and integration"for normal undergraduates,which means multi-dimensional educational practice teaching objectives,all-directional educational practice curriculum contents,integrated education practice curriculum system,practice teaching strategies and assessment management methods,so as to train new teachers with advanced educational ideas,good ethics,innovative consciousness and practical ability who meet the needs of basic educational reform and development.
