Practice and Exploration on Promoting Teaching via Scientific Research to Improve the Quality of Talent-cultivation——Taking East China University of Technology as an Example

教学与科研,是高等学校最为核心的两项职能,两者共同服务于人才培养这一目标。科研促进教学,是全面提高学校人才培养质量的重要内容。以东华理工大学为例,对贯彻科研促教学的理念、多方位多渠道挖掘科研潜力和建立科研促教学的体制机制等方面进行了总结和探讨。

Teaching and scientific research are the two basic functions of higher education,both of which jointly serve the purpose of cultivating talents. Promoting teaching via scientific research is the key method to improve the quality of talent-cultivation. Taking East China University of Technology as an example,this paper discusses and summaries how to carry out the philosophy of promoting teaching via scientific research,tap the potential of scientific research through various ways and means,and establish the system and mechanism of promoting teaching via scientific research.
