摘要
针对电动汽车动力电池维护过程中发现的一例电芯极耳断裂问题,分析造成这一现象的几个原因,并有针对性地提出优化电池箱强度设计等解决措施来保证动力电池安全使用。实践证明:经过改造后,电池使用可靠性得到明显分析,电动汽车的安全性得到加强。
In this paper, the reasons for cell terminal crack during electric vehicle battery maintenance are analyzed, and some solutions such as optimization for strength design of battery pack are put forward to ensure the use safety of power battery. The practice proves that operation reliability of the battery is analyzed and the safety of electric vehicle is strengthened after transformation.
