超超临界机组间冷系统事故疏水控制可靠性优化

摘要 枣泉发电厂表凝式间接空冷系统冷、热水事故疏水阀在设计上存在控制回路不满足冗余配置要求、远方开阀后油泵连续运行、阀门无法关到位等安全隐患,为提升冷、热水事故疏水阀可靠性,对以上隐患进行了改造。改造后,提高了空冷系统冷、热水事故疏水阀控制回路的可靠性,使热控系统更符合"二十五项反措"要求,保证了机组安全运行。 In the surface condenser type indirect air cooling system in Zaoquan Power Plant, there are safety risks such as failed requirement of redundancy setting, continuous operation of oil pump with the valve switched on afar and failure of valve switch-off in place. To improve the reliability of emergency cold and hot water drain valve, the above potential risks are remedied. After transformation, the control loop reliability of emergency cold and hot water drain valve of the air cooling system, and the thermal control system better meets the requirement of "twenty-five countermeasures" to ensure operation safety of the unit.
