摘要
美国密歇根州立大学小学教育专业以培养卓越教师为目标,以全面综合的课程设置为优势,以富有成效的见习实习制度为特色,铸造了密歇根州立大学小学卓越教师培养的神话。在课程设置上,综合学习与写作课程,奠定卓越基础;计划课程结合主修学科课程,搭建卓越脚手架;教师教育课程,锻造卓越锋刃。借鉴密歇根州立大学小学卓越教师培养,建议从国家层面制定我国卓越教师专业标准,从高校层面改善小学教育专业课程结构,增强实习的专业性。
In cultivating excellent teachers, the elementary education major of Michigan State University has set up a comprehensive curriculum and a special trainee practice system, which makes itself a training myth. The curriculum is based on integrative studies and writing courses that allow the major to take advantages of the planned programs and the teaching majors to build its instructional framework. Its set of professional education courses equips teachers with sound professional quality. This study assumes that Michigan State University's elementary excellent teacher training provides a good implication for the national administrations of education to formulate professional standards of excellent teachers in China, and for universities to improve curriculum structure of elementary education to enhance the professionalism of the internship.
