构建高职教育“工匠精神”培育系统——现代学徒制视角

On the Craftsman Spirit Cultivation System of Higher Vocational Education

文章首先提出了新时期工匠精神的内涵与核心思想;其次阐述了培育工匠精神的意义,工匠精神培育系统的构成,以及工匠精神培育主体、学校载体、企业载体、基础、效果和目标等六个方面的培育系统支撑要素;最后总结了工匠精神培育系统的运行质量保障以创建工匠文化为核心,同时将全面质量管理思想融入其中。

This paper aimed to explore the craftsman spirit＇s implications and core ideas of cultivating craftsman spirit, the construction of craftsman spirit cultivation system, and supporting elements of craftsman spirit cultivation subject, school, enterprise, basics, efficiency and target. It further emphasized the integration of all-round quality management into the operation quality guarantee of craftsman spirit cultivation system and the core craftsman culture.
