主动性不同条件下导师指导风格对研究生创新能力差异性影响研究——基于九所大学的数据调查 被引量:43

The Influence of Tutor's Guidance Style on the Innovative Ability of Graduate Students with Different Levels of Initiative:An Investigation of Nine Universities

摘要 本文以九所高校的500份问卷调查和28位师生的深度访谈为数据样本,通过分位回归模型考查研究生主动性不同条件下,导师支持型和控制型指导风格对研究生创新能力的影响。研究发现:(1)个人主动性较高时,支持型指导风格对该研究生群体创新思维和创新行为的影响都很大;个人主动性较低时,控制型指导风格对该群体创新思维和创新行为的影响相对较大。(2)支持型指导风格对主动性不同的研究生群体创新行为的影响差别较大;控制型指导风格对主动性不同的研究生群体创新思维的影响差别并不明显。 Based on 500 questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 28 teachers and students from nine universities,this paper employs the quantile regression model to explore the influence of tutor's guidance style on the innovative ability of graduate students with different levels of initiative.Key findings are summarized as follows:Firstly,for graduate students with high levels of initiative,the influence of supportive guidance on students' innovative thinking and behavior is great; for graduate students with low levels of initiative,the influence of controlling instruction on students' innovative thinking and behavior is relatively large.Secondly,supportive guidance exerts visibly different influence on the innovative behavior of graduate students with different levels of initiative; the influence of controlling instruction on the innovative thinking of graduate students with different levels of initiative is not visibly different.
