基于全生命周期的天然气管道工程项目管理方式研究

Research on Management Mode of Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Project Based on the Whole Life Cycle

针对天然气管道工程项目管理过程中存在的问题,如项目管理力度较差、管理制度不完善、安全管理意识比较薄弱等,进行合理的分析,并详细介绍合理运用天然气管道工程项目管理方式的重要意义,提出基于全生命周期的天然气管道工程项目管理方式,希望能够给相关工作人员提供一定的借鉴。

Aiming at the problems existing in the management of natural gas pipeline engineering project, such as poor project management, imperfect management system and weak safety management awareness, this paper makes reasonable analysis, introduces in detail the significance of rational use of management mode in natural gas pipeline engineering project, and puts forward the management mode in natural gas pipeline engineering project based on the whole life cycle, hoping to provide some reference for relevant staff.
