摘要
在各个领域因为电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析技术所拥有的测试速度快、测试结果准确、测试灵敏度高等特点而迅速普及,在分析技术手段、仪器的发展过程方面也日益完善。本文根据在热点领域中电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析技术的应用状况进行了简要阐述,重点总结了近年来该技术在各个环境分析中的应用,在土壤环境、大气环境、植物环境分析中的应用为主要内容,并对该技术的发展状况、工作原理及机理作了简要的综述,对其未来的应用发展进行了简要展望。
Inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP) analysis technology is becoming more and more popular in various fields because of its fast testing speed, accurate test results and high sensitivity, and it is becoming more and more perfect in the analysis of technical means and the development process of instruments. Based on the application of inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy in hot areas, this paper summarized the application of the technology in environmental analysis in recent years. As the application of soil environment, atmospheric environment and plant environment for the main content, this paper briefly reviewed the development situation, working principle and mechanism of the technology, and briefly prospected its future application and development.
