本文通过对华北油田公司储运部的螺杆压缩机振动产生的原因进行分析,通过分析提出了相应的解决措施,使该机组的振动强度下降到正常的范围之内,这样可保证了机组的安全运行,从而取得更好的经济利益和社会环保效果。

This paper analyzes the causes of the vibration of screw compressor in the storage and transportation department of north China Oil Field Company. Through the analysis, this paper puts forward corresponding measures to reduce the vibration intensity of the unit to a normal range, which can ensure the safe operation of the unit, and thus achieve better economic benefits and social environmental protection effects.
