香料生产中挥发性有机化合物治理工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 香料是人们生活之中必不可缺少的生活物资,香料的生产通常是通过化学反应所进行的,因此在生产的过程中会释放出一些有毒有害物质,不仅危害着生产人员的身体健康,并且对大气坏境也造成了严重的破坏。挥发性有机化合物是香料生产中必然产生的一种附加物质,它会对大气环境造成污染,在香料生产中一般会采用活性炭对其进行吸收,从而满足大气排放标准。本文对香料生产以及挥发性有机化合物进行简要的介绍,并就香料生产中的挥发性有机化合物的治理提出笔者的想法和设计,旨在完善香料生产的各个环节,从而降低生产过程中对环境的污染。 Spices are essential materials in people's life. The production of spices is usually carried out by chemical reaction. So in the process of production, some toxic and harmful substances will be released, which not only harm the health of the workers, but also make serious damage to the atmosphere. Volatile organic compound is an additional substance produced in the production of spices. It will cause pollution to the atmosphere. In the production of spices, active carbon is generally used to absorb it, thus meeting the standard of atmospheric emission. This article gives a brief introduction to the production of spices and volatile organic compounds, and puts forward the idea and design on the treatment of volatile organic compounds in the production of spices, aiming at improving the each link of the production of spices, so as to reduce the environmental pollution in the production process.
