浅析在BMC375自升式钻井平台上的阻流压井管汇升级改造

摘要 众所周知,井喷是海洋石油钻井众多高风险的作业中最危险的一种,如何确保钻井人员及设备的安全一直以来都是油气行业的首要研究对象。阻流压井管汇作为井控设备不可缺少的重要组成部分,在整个钻井作业过程中对于控制井内压力、预防井涌及井喷起着关键作用。本文正是结合了最新的API STD 53规范及部分世界知名油公司的主流要求,探讨了在BMC375钻井平台上如何最经济的实现从单阻流单压井管汇升级改造至双阻流双压井管汇的一种具体实施方案。 many high-risk operations of offshore oil drilling, and how to ensure the safety of drilling personnel and equipment has always been the primary research object of oil and gas industry. As an indispensable part of well control equipment, choke and kill manifold plays a key role in controlling well pressure, preventing well kick and blowout during the whole drilling operation. This article is based on the latest API STD 53 specification and the mainstream requirements of some world-renowned oil companies, and discusses a concrete implementation scheme of how to upgrade and reform the single choke and kill manifold to double choke and kill manifold in the most economical way on BMC 375 drilling platform.
