摘要 分析合成气成分对对甲醇合成反应的影响,优化操作提高甲醇产量。河南开祥精细化工有限公司甲醇装置是以煤为原料年产25万吨甲醇,原料煤在壳牌气化炉中通过和氧气反应生成粗煤气,粗煤气经过变换将多余的一氧化碳转变为二氧化碳和氢气,通过变换后调整合适氢碳比的变换气进入低温甲醇洗进行脱硫脱碳,然后合格的净煤气进入合成塔内反应生成粗甲醇。 Analyze the influence of synthesis gas composition on methanol synthesis reaction, and optimize operation to improve methanol yield. Methanol plant of Henan Kaixiang Fine Chemical CO., LTD. takes coal as raw material, with an annual output of 250,000 tons of methanol. Raw coal is reacted with oxygen in Qiao Brand Gasifier to generate crude gas, and the crude gas is transformed into carbon dioxide and hydrogen through transformation by the superfluous carbon monoxide. The converted gas that adjusts the ratio of hydrogen and carbon is converted into the low temperature methanol washing for desulphurization and decarbonization, and the qualified net gas is then entered into the synthetic tower and reacts to produce crude methanol.
