Study on Antimicrobial Peptides and Antimicrobial Peptide-like

抗生素的滥用已对人类的健康造成了极大的威胁。因此,开发其他抗菌物质迫在眉睫。抗菌肽和类抗菌肽物质是目前研究的热点,本文对抗菌肽和类抗菌肽的相关研究进行了综述,并希望分别找出二者的作用机制和特点,分析其限制因素,并推测各自的应用前景。

The abuse of antibiotics has caused great threat to human health. Therefore, it is urgent to develop other antibacterial substances. Antimicrobial peptides and antimicrobial peptide-like substances are the research hotspots at present. In this paper, the related research on antimicrobial peptides and antimicrobial peptide-like is reviewed, and it is hoped that the mechanism and characteristics of their action can be found out respectively. Then we will analyze their limiting factors and speculate their application prospect.
