加油站特许经营,是指特许人通过签订合同将有权许可他人使用的与加油站经营有关的商号、注册商标、专有技术、经营模式、经营技术、服务标准等授予其他加油站使用,在统一特许经营体系下,被授权的加油站按照合同约定从事成品油零售经营以及相关服务,并向授权企业支付相应费用。
