某高职院校三届新生心理状况比较研究

A comparative study of psychological status of freshmen in three sessions in a vocational college

目的:了解某高职院校三届新生心理健康总体情况及变化趋势,为丰富大学生心理健康研究做一定工作。方法:对某高职院校三届3612名心理普测中90项症状清单(SCL-90)测量数据进行统计分析。结果:三届新生SCL-90超标人群的检出率均值为19.30%;三届新生在SCL-90总分及10个因子分均高于全国平均水平;三届新生10项因子检出率的排名相似,突出问题为强迫症状和人际关系敏感;女生在SCL-90总分和10因子分上均显著高于男生(p<0.05)。结论:三届新生的心理超标学生检出率呈上升趋势,性别在一定程度上造成三届新生心理健康水平的差异。

Objective： To understand the general situation and trend of mental health of freshmen in three sessions in a vocational college, and to do some work for enriching the research on mental health of college students. Methods： The data of 90 symptom lists（SCL-90） of 3612 psychological surveys in a vocational college were statistically analyzed. Results： The average detection rate of SCL-90 overweight people was 19.30%; The SCL-90 total scores and 10 factor scores of freshmen in three sessions were higher than the national average; The 10 factor detection rate of freshmen in three sessions was similar, the main problems were obsessive-compulsive symptoms and interpersonal sensitivity, and the total score of SCL-90 and the scores of ten factors in girls were significantly higher than those in boys（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The detection rate of psychological exceeding standard students in three sessions is on the rise, and to a certain extent, gender affects the mental health level of the freshmen in three sessions.
