世界大学排名指标体系对比及其对高水平大学建设的启示——以南京医科大学为例

Comparison on Ranking Index System of World Universities and Enlightenment of Construction of High-level Universities: Case Study of Nanjing Medical University

[目的/意义]通过分析世界大学排名体系及上榜的独立设置医科院校之间的差别,为南京医科大学建设高水平大学提出建议。[方法/过程]采用文献调研、网站调研、对比分析和内容分析的方法,分析四大世界大学排名体系的指标构成、优缺点以及认知方式,并通过分析上榜的国内独立设置医科院校之间的差别,为南京医科大学建设江苏省高水平大学提出参考意见。[结果/结论 ]针对南京医科大学的现状,从治标和治本两方面提出建设高水平大学的对策,包括人才培养、教学科研、文化传承、社会责任、国际化程度和声誉等方面。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze the ranking system of the world universities and the differences among universities which set up the independent medical institutions on the list for the construction of a high-level university in Nanjing Medical University. [Method/process]The paper uses literature research, website research, comparative analysis and content analysis to analyze some aspects of four ranking systems of the world universities, including their index composition, advantages and disadvantages, and cognitive style. Based on analyzing differences among the domestic independent medical colleges and universities on the list,the paper proposes some suggestions of construction of a high-level university in Jiangsu Province for Nanjing Medical University.[Result/conclusion]In view of the status quo of Nanjing Medical University, some countermeasures of building a high-level university are put forward by the ways of temporary solution and fundamental solution including aspects of talent cultivation, teaching and scientific research, cultural heritage, social responsibility, internationalization and reputation.
