基于用户需求导向的科研院所数据资源采购策略——以北京市科学技术研究院为例

Data Resource Procurement Strategy of Research Institute Based on Users' Oriented Demands:Case Study of the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology

[目的/意义]为科研院所数据资源采购提供参考。[方法/过程]以北京市科学技术研究院(包括下属单位)为例,梳理了用户构成和学科特点,从内容和服务2个角度对用户需求进行分析。[结果/结论]提出分类采购数据资源、优化数据资源服务模式等以用户需求为导向的数据资源采购策略。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for data resource procurement of research institutes.[Method/process]The paper takes the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology as an example, compares users＇ composition and discipline characteristics, and analyzes users＇ demands of data resources based on contents and services. [Result/conclusion]The results propose some data resource procurement strategies based on users＇ oriented demands, including classifying procurement data resources and optimizing the data resource service mode.
