摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为"互联网+"时代背景下零售行业的发展提供参考。[方法/过程]以"互联网+"时代背景下零售行业为研究对象,阐述"互联网+零售行业"以及知识管理的内涵,从用户、企业内部、企业外部3个维度探讨"互联网+零售行业"的知识管理主要内容及注意事项,并提出相关建议。[结果/结论]建议构建知识社群,以便于员工、用户、企业之间的知识交流;有效管理企业知识库,以互联网、大数据技术实现知识库内容的分类、整理、存储;构建企业知识地图,有利于企业解决相关问题。"互联网+"背景下,运用新技术对零售行业进行知识管理,促进了零售行业的创新,有利于零售行业的转型升级。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for retail industry development under the background of "Internet Plus". [Method/process]The paper chooses the retail industry under the background of "Internet Plus" as the research object,expounds the connotation of "Internet + Retail Industry" and knowledge management, discusses the main contents and notices of knowledge management of "Internet + Retail Industry" from 3 aspects including users, the internal of the enterprise and the external of the enterprise, and proposes relevant suggestions. [Result/conclusion]It suggests establishing knowledge community for the knowledge exchange among staff, users and enterprises, managing enterprises' knowledge bases effectively to realize the category, arrangement and storage of the contents of knowledge bases by internet and big data technologies, and constructing enterprises ' knowledge maps to solve relevant issues. Under the background of "Internet Plus", using new technologies to process knowledge management for retail industry promotes the industry innovation and is useful to its transformation and upgrading.
