摘要
特高压换流站中要求大型调相机监控系统实现无人值守的功能,冗余设备传统的切换控制策略过多依赖人为干预,无法满足需要。通过分析调相机系统中冗余设备工艺控制要求,将冗余设备进行分类。根据满足控制要求、设备自动管理及最优运行的原则,设计实现出冗余设备的自动切换控制策略,保证系统的可靠稳定运行。方案已在世界首套300 MVar双水内冷调相机工程韶山换流站成功应用,运行效果满足无人值守要求,验证了方案的有效性和可行性,为后续调相机工程的建设实施提供重要参考。
The UHV converter station requires the monitoring system of large scale synchronous condensers to achieve unattended function, and the traditional switching control strategy of redundant equipment relies too much on human intervention and cannot meet the needs. By analyzing the process control requirements of redundant equipment in the synchronous condensers system, the redundant equipment is classified. According to the principle of satisfying the control requirements, automatic equipment management and optimal operation, the automatic switching control strategy of the redundant equipment is designed and implemented to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the system. The program has been successfully applied in Shaoshan converter station which is the world's first 300 MVar dual internal water cooled synchronous condensers project, and meets the requirements of unattended operation. The validity and feasibility of the program is verified, which provides an important reference for the future implementation and construction of the synchronous condensers project.
