摘要
通过对老年人照料设施建筑的多元化发展与其使用人群行为分析,介绍了此类建筑设计的原则策略,借鉴实际工程论述城市郊区集中建设此类建筑的特点,并分析防火规范调整对此类建筑设计的影响。
Based on the analysis of the diversified development of care facilities for the aged people and the behavior of their users,this paper puts forward the principles and strategies of this kind of architectural design,discusses the characteristics of centralized construction in the suburbs of cities by drawing on actual projects,and analyzes the influence of the adjustment of fire prevention standards on this kind of architectural design.
