新型大纵肋正交异性钢—RPC轻型组合桥面板构造研究

摘要 正交异性钢桥面板在具有轻质、高强、适用性广、施工速度快等诸多突出优点的同时,其构造复杂、焊缝较多、应力集中等问题比较明显,且由于承受局部车辆轮载的反复作用,使得其疲劳问题较为突出。通过有限元模型对其构造参数进行敏感性分析,结果表明:减少横梁间距能有效改善桥顶板及整体结构的疲劳性能;隔板厚度从14 mm增加至22 mm时,各目标细节疲劳应力的提高不显著;当钢顶板厚度由14 mm增至22 mm时,各目标细节最大主应力均有降低,特别是顶板与U肋连接构造处。 Featured with some outstanding advantages including light weight,high strength,extensive usages and fast construction,the orthotropic steel bridge deck also has some disadvantages including the complex components,more welding cracks,and concentrated stress,as well as the evident fatigue problems caused by the repeated wheel loads of partial vehicles,so the paper undertakes the sensitive analysis of the component parameter with the finite element model,and it is concluded that the reduction of horizontal beam distance can effectively improve the bridge top plates and the fatigue performance of the whole structure; the improvement of the detailed fatigue stress is not obvious when the thickness of the plates are increased from 14 mm to 22 mm; the detailed maximal main stress,especially at the joint between the top plate and U-shaped rib,is reduced averagely,when the steel top plates are increased from 14 mm to 22 mm.
