摘要
分析了我国工业建筑的特点、现状和投资控制的要点,提出了解决投资控制问题的措施和方法,有助于提高我国工业建筑投资建设管理水平,促进工业产业发展。
The paper analyzes the features,status and investment control of the industrial buildings in China,and points out the measures and means to address the investment control issue,so as to improve the management over the investment construction of the industrial buildings in China and enhance the industrial development.
