对建筑信息模型在建筑工程施工中的应用现状进行分析,对工程项目前期在策划、设计、建设、施工、运营、维护等全生命周期中应用BIM技术的优点进行了阐述,同时提出了BIM技术在当前施工中存在的问题。指出BIM技术的模拟性、优化性和可出图性为施工管理提供了极大的便捷和直观性。

The paper analyzes the application of the architectural information models in architectural projects,illustrates the advantages of adopting BIM technique in the preparation phase of the buildings including planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance,and illustrates the problems of the BIM technique in the construction,and points out the simulation,optimization and graphic formation of the BIM technique will bring convenience for construction management.
