摘要
为填补海底超大直径盾构隧道造价研究的空白,为相关企业的造价管理提供理论支撑,对珠海横琴马骝洲隧道的盾构造价进行分析研究。通过对现场盾构工艺的实际工、料、机消耗量的测定,研究海域条件如基岩凸起、海水腐蚀、复杂地层、潮汐影响和大风环境等因素对盾构隧道造价的影响,分析盾构安拆、盾构掘进、同步注浆和管片拼装等工艺的工、料、机消耗量,形成海底超大直径盾构隧道成套企业定额,可为企业的概算、结算精细化管理提供可靠支撑,为国家出台相关盾构隧道施工定额、提高生产效益提供依据,填补国内海底超大直径盾构企业定额的空白,推进社会生产力的发展。
There is a lack of cost analysis of super large-diameter subsea shield tunnel in China. Hence,the cost of Maliuzhou Shield Tunnel in Hengqin,Zhuhai,China is analyzed and studied to provide theoretical support for cost management of relevant enterprises. The influences of sea conditions,i. e. beadrock heave,seawater corrosion,complex formation,tide,wind,etc.,on shield tunnel cost are studied by measuring the consumption of labors,materials and equipments; and then the consumption of labors,materials and equipments during shield assembly and disassembly,shield tunneling,synchronous grouting and segment assembly is analyzed; and a suit of enterprise quota for super largediameter subsea shield tunnel is obtained. The results can provide reliable support for fine management of budgetary estimate and settle accounts of enterprises,provide reference for our nation to publish shield tunnel quota and improve productive efficiency,and promote the development of social productivity.
